What is your Minimum Order Amount?
$150 for first time orders, $100 for reorders. 

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? 
MOQ varies by product. You can find these listed on each product on our Faire catalog.

How soon will I receive my products? 
Standard lead time to fulfill my items is 8-10 days. As soon as products have been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. You may also schedule your orders up to 6 months in advance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 
Unfortunately at this time I cannot accept returns! However, if there is something wrong with your order, I would be more than happy to help.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at hello@chietamada.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
